It takes a lot of care, and attentiveness, to make food that people will really truly enjoy. We worked with Chef VT in Saigon to understand the meaningfulness of simple, straightforward and yet deliciously composed menus. It's because of those influences that we decided to try Autumn Leaves in Phnom Penh.
